Scott Maiden, Club member, will give a presentation on Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 which is the latest version. If you own an older version of Photoshop Elements, you might be wondering whether to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 4.0. Well, you can get the answer to this question in this January meeting. Scott Maiden who told us all about the Photoshop Elements 3.0 upgrade in March of 2005 returns to show us what features have been added and what features have been taken out (yes, some feature were removed). Walt Cole, Club President and SeniorNet Almaden instructor, will give a presentation on Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006, a digital photo editing, organizing, and sharing package. It has capabilities similar to those in Adobe PhotoShop Elements, but it is easier to learn and use. The Suite contains a Library program for organizing your digital image files, an Editor program that has simple tools for fixing and modifying images, as well as advanced tools for doing just about any kind of image editing you want to do.
